First, let me introduce myself. I’m Jessica, a highly sensitive human on a lifelong quest to thrive. I was bullied mercilessly for my sensitivity when I was a kid. But then I embraced my intuition and made a living as a professional psychic. That’s when my sensitivity turned itself up to eleven. But along with heightened intuition came greater levels of anxiety, panic, and digestive distress.

I spent years trying to heal myself, experimenting with supplements, diets, and healing protocols, only to experience unexpected and brutal reactions every step of the way. 

However, through it all, I slowly built a toolkit of techniques and resources that actually made a difference in my life. And now I’ve gathered all those gems, all those truly helpful things that have made my journey a little smoother, and I’m sharing them in my newsletter.
